Orders must be placed on our website or either mailed or faxed to us.
Payment: $20 is the minimum order. We accept Master card, Visa, American Express, Discover and VISA/debit as well prepaid checks. When paying by credit card, you must enter the address where you receive your credit card statement as your "billing address" on the online order form. This is a security precaution to protect us and you from credit card fraud.
Shipping: over $300 is free shipping. We ship via UPS regular ground service only if delivered within the continental U.S. from our warehouse. Customers are 100% responsible to be 100% available for whenever UPS makes the delivery. If customer misses the delivery and the order is returned to us, then the customer must prepay the exact amount for the shipping before we can reship that order. If the customer does not request reshipping, and the order is replaced back into stock, then the customer is billed: a 20% order processing/pulling & order reprocessing/restocking fee; plus the UPS shipping charge.
If you want Next Day Air shipping or Express delivery, please make a note when you are ordering. We will notify you the extra shipping cost.
