Red ginseng extract blended into granules with glucose and lactose, and packed in individually sealed bags. It possesses strong flavor of Choeng-Kwan-Jang Korean red ginseng. If you would like to enjoy as a tea dissolve one spoonful (1 g), 3-5 times a day, of the extract (use the spoon enclosed) in a cup containing hot or cold water. Usually, hot water is recommended. If you dislike bitter taste add honey or other sweeteners to suppress the bitter taste.
